Ella Zhou is Senior Director, Data Center Technologies and Partnerships at Siemens, leading the technology roadmap and partnerships across power, cooling and compute for hyperscale and enterprise customers. She has 15 years in deep-tech leadership, including nearly a decade at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) leading grid integration studies that shaped multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investments. Her expertise spans data center strategy, AI infrastructure, grid modernization and technology commercialization.
