About Paul
Paul Quigley is Chief Strategic Relations Officer at Airsys Cooling Technologies, working with customers, partners and industry leaders across AI and digital infrastructure. Since joining Airsys in 2021 as President of Airsys Cooling Technologies, Inc., he has helped lead its expansion into AI and hyperscale data centers. He focuses on advanced and liquid cooling and energy-conscious infrastructure design, and is a co-creator of Power Compute Effectiveness (PCE): provisioned power for compute divided by provisioned total data center power. He has more than 36 years in engineering, manufacturing and executive leadership and co-authored Greener Data, Volume Three.
